Ashley brings more than 15 years of global marketing leadership experience spanning consulting, consumer products, and technology. Most recently, she spent nearly a decade with Amazon in London, where she led expansion strategy initiatives and built an in-house insights and research team focused on driving growth and customer engagement.

Throughout her career, Ashley has led multimillion-dollar marketing programs across international markets, delivering growth through data-driven strategy, AI-enabled personalization, and customer-centered innovation. She has a proven ability to uncover new opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and build collaborative cultures that help organizations thrive.

Ashley earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. A dual U.S./U.K. citizen with global roots, she recently relocated to North Carolina with her husband and two young children.
